Do you have specific needs or want a highly personalised approach? DIVERSE is proud to offer personal training for 30 minute, 45 minute or 1 hour sessions. In these sessions, Natasha, a qualified personal trainer with an allied health background and champion of body positivity, will provide you with fun and engaging activities to keep your body moving and help you meet any of your fitness goals. We focus on what matters to you, we work with the equipment you have and we have fun together!

$60 for 30 minutes

$90 for 45 minutes

$120 for 1 hour

Personal training requires a health screens. This screen is a one-on-one online session. We explore complete your medical clearance form in detail, and identify the exercises best suited to your goals, preferences and history. This session ensures you are provided with the safest and most engaging exercises as possible and takes one hour.
