This workshop is for those who: • have a stop/start relationship with exercise, • find it hard to shake the "go hard go home" mentality, • want to keep exercise a sustainable and joyful practice February 5th 10:30am-1:00pm AEDT We delve deep into what is a good relationship with exercise, the 4 principles underpinning it, plan positive exercise activities February 12th 10:30am-1:00pm AEDT We reflect on our positive exercise activities, explore the science of joyful movement and learn how to secure a positive relationship with exercise. Registration includes 2 x 2.5 hour interactive workshops, reading materials, resources, activity sheets, goodies and merchandise. PLACES ARE LIMITED
Personal training sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Attendees cannot cancel workshop attendance.
