WHAT CLASSES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer three classes; Group F.I.T, Slow, Steady & Strong, and Hike fit.
Slow, Steady & Strong is ideal for beginners, people who want to focus on strength, balance and coordination, & injury recovery. If joining online you'll need to bring along some weights and a resistance band. Don't have any? Scroll down to and book a "free 15 minute chat" and we can go through some options.
Hike fit is ideal for those who want to do more, or improve their hiking - whether that be increase in cardiovascular fitness, endurance or balance, we'll be sure to get you there. In this class expect minimal weights and resistance bands as we prefer to simulate hiking movements, and exercises (like lunges and squats) that will improve your strength and endurance. There is a small portion of core work in these classes, and a tiny portion of upper body work in these classes also.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
There are two things to consider; your health screen and the class packages.
Health screens involve you completing a secure medical clearance form online, then having a one-on-one zoom session. This session helps you identify and understand which intensities, exercises and movements are the safest and most engaging for you.
