WHAT CLASSES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer three classes; Group F.I.T, Slow, Steady & Strong, and Hike fit.
Slow, Steady & Strong focuses on strength, balance, coordination, & injury recovery. You'll need to bring some weights & a resistance band. Don't have any? Scroll down & book a "free 15 minute chat" talk options.
Hike fit is ideal for those who want to do more, or improve their hiking. We focus on strengthening and conditioning the legs for 15 minutes, followed by 7 minutes of core work, 3 minutes of upper body work and we finish with 15 minutes of cardiovascular endurance. Expect minimal weights and resistance bands.
Movement for sleep is a brilliant way to wind down your night. We stretch, get ready for the next day, journal with a theme and finish with a meditation.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
There are two things to consider; your health screen and the class packages.
Health screens involve you completing a secure medical clearance form online, then having a one-on-one zoom session. This session helps you identify and understand which intensities, exercises and movements are the safest and most engaging for you.
