8 WEEK FITNESS LAUNCH
Want to improve your fitness in a short amount of time? Or perhaps you need a little "re-boot" after taking some time away from exercise? This 8 week fitness launch is for you, and there are two streams; body neutral and body positive
Kick off week: 12th of February
Both streams have access to the following:
Goal setting session
Weekly 30 minute personal training
Weekly 45 minute group session
Access to E-Book with joyful movement theory and workouts
Specific designed program to help you get from unfit to fit.
BODY NEUTRAL STREAM
This stream is ideal for beginner movers who are aware of body positivity and weight-neutral approaches, but aren't quite ready for fat-positive, weight inclusive approaches. Language in the sessions is centred around neutrality - nothing is good or bad it just is, and we don't focus on weight and diet.
Personal training sessions on Tuesdays (8.30am - 4:00pm)
Group class session Fridays (4:00-4.45pm)
BODY POSITIVE STREAM
This stream is ideal for beginner movers who take a strong and committed approach to fat-positive and size inclusive approaches to health and fitness. You've done all the reading, reflecting and quite possibly, unpacked a lot of stuff in therapy. You are seeking a like-minded community to exercise with.
Personal training sessions on Fridays (8.30am - 4:00pm)
Group class session Tuesdays (4:00-4.45pm)
All online to assist with accessibility and comfort.
Personal training sessions are $50 and the group classes are $25. E-book access is free.
Weekly charge is $75 per week, with the whole program costed at $600.
Payment installments are available.
