So you know exercise is good for you. You feel better after doing it, but you're just not sure how to stay motivated. Maybe you've only ever known exercise routines that are designed to punish you for last night's dessert or are designed to make you feel bad about the body you have now and chase the latest trending body feature. Well this is the workshop for you! In this workshop we unpack what a good relationship with exercise actually looks like (and motivation is such a tiny part of it!). I'll introduce you to 4 simple principles underpinning a good relationship with exercise that you can use for the rest of your life. We have our movement curiosity hour with different stations, two instructors and all the freedom for you to jump in and join whatever activity is floating your boat. You can try dancing, group classes, a HIIT session, games and more. It's your safe space to experiment with kindness and curiosity. After this we come back as a group and reflect on the movement curiosity hour. We unpack the science behind joyful movement and finish with the tips and strategies that you need to put the 4 principles in place.
